The Bank of Ireland Project

Background
To create an intelligent space for the bank’s new headquarters.

The Building
Bow Bell House is an impressive commercial development located in the centre of the city, beside the famous landmark St Paul’s Cathedral. It houses the new headquarters for the Bank of Ireland, where 485 employees occupy 70,000sq. ft. of superbly appointed offices.

The Brief in Brief
The specified Komfort products create an efficient work environment that fulfils all the bank’s requirements, ranging from office accommodation and meeting facilities, to executive suites and client entertainment areas.

Komfort’s Solution

The timescales for specifications, design decisions and product deliveries were short, relying on exceptional capabilities to ensure smooth and assured project management.

Komfort supplied regular and curved single glazed Polar coupled with Polar Kreate double glazed panels and in specialist areas, bespoke clerestory glazing above dry wall blocks.

The end result
The partitioning in all these areas created a bright, sophisticated environment.
