The Brief in Brief
The fit out by GHI Contracts was the Scottish Regional and National BCO award winning entry for a commercial project of up to 2000m2 for 2012.
Komfort was appointed by Edinburgh Office JM Architects to provide a range of single and double glazed Polar partitions for the fit out of the new office complex, helping to create a unique and modern finish for a 21stCentury workplace.
High quality glass partitioning was used to house permanent and flexible working areas, training and conference rooms with unique sliding door systems that provide workspaces for visiting creative professionals.
The end result
Thanks to Komfort’s glass partitioning solutions, Creative Scotland can now provide a public showcase at the heart of the capital city for the work of Scotland’s artists and creative practitioners. Most importantly, Waverley Gate delivers a modern and effective working space from which to support the creative sector of Scotland.
