Through bio-resin innovations and low-temperature curing techniques, we can now offer powder coating finishes with significantly lower embodied carbon.
Bio-Based Resin Technology: By replacing fossil-based resins with bio-resins derived from renewable organic waste (such as cooking oil, organic fats, and sugar beet pulp), our bio-based powder coatings achieve up to a 40% reduction in total carbon emissions per kilogram of powder.
Uncompromised Durability & Quality: Bio-based powder coatings maintain the exact same high quality, weather resistance, colour retention and long-term durability as standard coatings, supporting architectural warranties of up to 25 years.
Bespoke & Specialty Finishes: These low-carbon formulations are available across standard ranges as well as bespoke finishes, including metallics and specialty textured effects.
Low-Temperature Curing Innovations: In tandem with raw material updates, lower-temperature curing formulations are being introduced (reducing oven temperatures from 180°C to 160°C and lower), driving down processing energy and operational emissions.
