Komfort’s Solution
To meet the stringent acoustic requirements the Subcontractor, Service Group Interiors installed Komfort’s Polar Double Glazed system on all the meeting rooms in the Animal Health Trust’s new building facilities. Polar Double Glazed is certified for acoustic performance up to 49dB(Rw). This is a well-established system and combines aesthetics, elegance and durability to any working environment.

The Brief in Brief
The brief was to redesign and rebuild the Animal Health Trust’s existing offices, which includes a new accommodation block to allow for 24-hour care for the animals. There was a requirement to design a more contemporary looking building, contrasting to the more traditional architecture on site.
The Building
The charity required a refurbishment of their existing campus in Newmarket, Suffolk. The new building now provides offices, student accommodation and a library.
The End Result
The project was delivered on time and budget and the Animal Health Trust now have a beautiful new campus to reflect the amazing work they do.
