Komfort’s Solution
To realise the industrial style, Time Limit Interiors installed Komfort’s Polar Single Glazed with applied bars on the meeting rooms. Available in a range of options, Polar was selected for this project to achieve the aesthetic and acoustic requirements of the design.

The Brief in Brief
Following the recent interior market trends, the brief was to create an industrial style space with concrete flooring and open ceilings showing the mechanical duct work. A key requirement for this refurbishment project was to have multiple break out and fun zone areas to encourage a collaborative, and team building working environment.
The Building
Situated at the heart of Leeds Commercial Core, One East Parade commands a prime and prominent position. One East Parade has recently undergone a major refurbishment to create brand new, contemporary office spaces to suit all potential occupiers.
The End Result
Meeting the brief’s requirement, the completed project is finished to an impressively high specification. Gilbert Meher’s refurbished offices have encouraged a collaborative working style amongst the occupiers, reflecting the company’s ethos and brand. It was a pleasure to work in collaboration with Time Limit Interiors and we are delighted with the end result.
