Project Vision

The development of the MYO flexible workspace in King’s Cross was driven by a vision to deliver a premium, sustainable office environment that seamlessly pairs high-end aesthetics with everyday operational functionality. Architecturally, the brief called for a sophisticated, wellness-centered workspace characterised by natural textures and a calming, earthy color palette.

'Sophisticated, wellness-centered workspace.'

Komfort’s Solution

To support both the visual and environmental goals of the project, Komfort supplied a tailored integration of timber and metal glass partitioning. To address the sustainability and natural design aspects of the brief, Komfort’s timber partitioning was utilised to introduce warmth and organic texture to the primary office zones.

In a premium flexible workspace, acoustic performance cannot be compromised. Our Polar 100 double glazed partitioning was installed achieving up to 53dB (Rw) and this was complemented by our Sonik 70 acoustic doors for the meeting rooms.

The Sonik 70 system was specifically selected to guarantee acoustic comfort, effectively preventing sound transfer between active meeting spaces and quiet breakout areas. Together, the design delivers clean, seamless lines required for a truly high-end, premium workspace specification.
