Sikla is a global leader in modular steel framing and pipe support systems, with over 750 employees and distribution across 40+ countries.
The UK operation in Kingston, Milton Keynes, needed to expand into an additional 3,737 sq ft unit while creating a workspace that reflected the company’s brand, supported training, and promoted collaboration for a growing team.

Brand & Identity: Inspired by Sikla’s Belfast office, the design incorporated brand colours and consistent styling throughout.
- Flexible Workspaces: Open-plan desks, high tables, and breakout zones adapt easily to future growth. Sit-stand desks and ergonomic fittings promote healthy work practices.
- Collaborative & Training Spaces: Meeting and training rooms are equipped with AV technology and ample storage, supporting hybrid and in-office work.
- Comfort & Wellbeing: Reception areas, kitchens, and tea points were designed to promote relaxation and social interaction, with acoustic solutions to create a calm environment.
The End Result
The new office combines functionality, flexibility, and a welcoming aesthetic. Staff enjoy a modern, productive workspace aligned with Sikla’s culture, identity, and expansion goals.
